34540 primary trained teacher (Advertisement 210/2010) of Bihar

It is regarding the appointment of seat 34540 primary trained teacher (Advertisement 210/2010) of Bihar which took place during 2012.

I will tell you from the beginning actually it was the advertisement published during the Lalu Yadav was ruling over Bihar.

At that time no any B.Ed. or qualified person was having job and the education level of Bihar went to knee.

So during the time of Lalu Yadav all the B.Ed. and other trained student (who got training for 2year) they lodged a case in the high court.

But that case was disposed.

After that during 2004 when Nitish Kumar became the CM of Bihar all the B.Ed. and other trained student approached CM Nitish Kumar for their right but he didn’t gave clear cut idea whether he will appoint them or not.

After sometime they published the notification of above so called 34540 vacancy job and Nitish Kumar also assured that Candidate will not have to spend even on a single pan (Tobacco).

Candidate can come and directly show their degree and get the job.

I tell you one thing that this job was going to be on Full pay scale but see the Bihar Staff Selection Commission on prior approval appointed on basic pay scale.

Because of that the students approached Patna High Court and from there they went to Supreme Court of India.

During that time Altamash kabeer was chief justice of India, he listened to them and instructed to Bihar government to appoint them on full pay scale.

Now everything was over anyhow Bihar government has to appoint because it is the order of Supreme Court of India.

After that Bihar Staff Selection Commission published merit list on seniority basis.

The whole 34540 seat was allocated on following basis:

General Seat-	XXXX
Urdu Seat	12000
Physical seat	XXXX
Total	34540

XXXX-Don’t remember the exact seat.

Don’t forget one thing from 2004 on arrival of Nitish Kumar to till 2012 it took a long 8 years to solve that issue and even that was not completely solved.

On publication of Merit list I saw that my name was there in the merit list

I don’t know why again they published 2^nd merit list in that also my name was there

And when they published the final merit list (3^rd list) my name was not there, I went to BSSC Patna to check why my name was not there, then they replied me that from the institution where I got my degree (B.Ed. Degree) was fake institution.

Now the question is that many student from the same college, same session were selected in the final merit list.

In the final merit list many fake degree holders also got the job on influence basis.

Why this partiality is done? After that I filled the correction form (Aapatti Prapatra) to the BSSC Patna, then BSSC Patna published an Approved list which declared that I was eligible for that job and BSSC Patna also accepted that the mistake was made by BSSC Patna itself.

The total seat for URDU was 12000.The Surplus seat was available but instead of that I was not considered in the merit list.

Still 2413 seat is vacant out of 34540 seat but still government has not taken any action.

Still case was being carrying forwarded by the Patna High court.

But now the case has been finalized and now it is in favour of us.

But till now the BSSC Patna has not published notification for the recruitment of remaining 2413 seat.

Just think I could have also appointed during 2012 then all my problems would have been solved.

In the meantime I met a major accident after that I became Handicapped. We were having the last hope on this job.

Like I many others are suffering from this problem I don’t know why government is not looking over us. Many times we went to meet CM of Bihar to talk on this issue but all the time he is giving the same answer OK we will discuss on it.

Now the Patna High Court has strictly warned Bihar Staff Selection Commision to full the Vacant Seat who deserve but still BSSC is still not in favor to fill the remaining vacant seat

Now my age is 58 year and maximum permissible age for this job is 65 years when this problem will be solved after my death.

Many other went to their death bed after waiting long for this job.

Now tell me who is responsible for my situation.

After getting this job we can survive better .But nobody listened to my voice I am very much hopeful to you.

The same letter was sent to Mr Nitish Kumar and Mr Narendra Modi many times but no any action till dated has been taken from their side.

The Government is much Concerned about occupying their Seats but they are not worried about the problems of Common People.

Please take necessary action .For this act of kindness I will be very thankful to you.
